Kirby Glad, a Marriott School alumnus and works as a chief information officer has hired about 200 applicants by sorting sorting resumes into three categories; “Probably can do job,” “maybe can do job,” and "no". He says that main objective of your resume is to sorted on the right pile. Glad is also one of the 10 business executives who helped students of Marriott School of Business to review their resumes and give guidance.
